Cancellation Policy
I understand that scheduling conflicts happen, and I’ll always strive to accommodate you to the best of my ability. Please find my cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellations Within 48 Hours :
A 50% charge will be incurred for appointments not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. This fee covers the inconvenience and the time that could have been allocated to another client.
2. No-Show Appointments :
For appointments where the client does not show up without prior notice, a 100% charge will be applied. This fee compensates for the full appointment time that was reserved and lost.
3. Online Booking Requirement :
To book an appointment online, a valid credit or debit card is required. This ensures your appointment slot is secure and helps me manage my schedule effectively.
4. Extension Deposits :
A non-refundable deposit is required to book any extension service. This deposit covers the cost of materials and cannot be refunded or transferred if you cancel. Extension deposits will be applied to future appointments if canceled within policy window. Day-of cancellations and no-shows for extension appointments will be charged the full service amount in addition to the forfeited deposit.
